On the holidays I am going upi to Echuca with my family for the whole two weeks.
I am so exited because we have a heepof fun things planned to do when we get up
there. With dad we are going to go to the movies and spend a day in the port.
With mum we are going to bake cookies and cakes, go to the pools, go bowling
and mum said that she has a suprise planned for us and i can't wait to find out what it is.
Welcome to my home page. This is where you can hear about what is happening this term in our class room.
The MCG was so much fun. Our tour guide Ken explained evrything to us and answered every
question we had to ask. When we went onto the groung Ken told us that there was fake grass
and real grass on the ground and we were only allowed on the fake grass fo safety resons.
Ken also told us that there were also saftey nets that come up behind the goal posts when
the players are practicing on the ground before a match.
Seeing the grand stand form the botom of the stadium and from the top of the
stadium was breath taking, I mean it was so big.
The interactive area was probably the best part of the MCG tour. Kana and I had so much fun
in the interactive area, there was so much to do. I loved it.
TERM 2!
16 / 7 / 09
Energy which is also know as Chemistry.
we all made a thing called Gluey Goop. It was so much fun but it was also really discusting
as well because once you have stired it up and it is hard to stir you poor the water out and
you have to roll it in your hands a bit until it's not sloppy. It's feels really weird and slimey.
I am really looking forward to this term because Miss. Powell said that we will do some
interesting experiments to show energy, the different types of energy. Hopefully it will be
heapse of fun and learning of course. Time to experiment see ya.

Now in the class room we are learning about air science. The most recent one that we did was a 'STRAW OBOE',
it was pretty quick and simple but there was one hard part though. We had to flatten out about an inch to half an inch
of the straw and then cut out tiny little triangles on each side of the starw where we had cut and then once we had done that
we had to cut out little hole two and a half centremeters down the leghth of the straw but I did mine a bit more then that
because it was really close with original mesurement and didn't look very good so I did mine further apart. So yeah it is
pretty simple to do and I can't wait for our next experiment.
